Our commitment to quality doesn’t end when your order arrives; it continues with every wear. That’s why we offer a warranty that reflects our confidence in the craftsmanship and materials behind each piece.

We stand behind the integrity of our garments and offer a 60-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including issues such as faulty seams, stitching defects, or hardware malfunction (e.g., zippers, buttons) under normal use.

If you believe your item has a defect covered under this policy, please contact us at [voratabrand@gmail.com] with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will assess the case and guide you through the next steps. In approved cases, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the defect.

⚠️ Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or storage Normal wear and tear (fading, pilling, stretching, etc.)
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or alteration of the garment
  • Discoloration or damage due to exposure to harsh chemicals, heat, or rough surfaces
  • Final sale items or gifts without proof of purchase

To maintain the integrity of your pieces, we recommend following our Care Instructions provided with each garment and on our website.
