Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Vorata reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or non-returnable at checkout

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at supportvorata@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our commitment to quality doesn’t end when your order arrives; it continues with every wear. That’s why we offer a warranty that reflects our confidence in the craftsmanship and materials behind each piece.

We stand behind the integrity of our garments and offer a 60-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including issues such as faulty seams, stitching defects, or hardware malfunction (e.g., zippers, buttons) under normal use.

Our team will assess the case and guide you through the next steps. In approved cases, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the defect.

⚠️ Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (fading, pilling, stretching, etc.)
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or alteration of the garment
  • Discoloration or damage due to exposure to harsh chemicals, heat, or rough surfaces
  • Final sale items or gifts without proof of purchase
